Cover Letter and bio

I've always found it interesting to write about myself. Within my "professional" career I was always asked to write a yearly review and though I did it for many many years I never got used to it.

So tonight I updated my cover letter/bio, let me know what you think. Would you hire me?

Walter Williams relocated to the Phoenix area from Chicago after offering fifteen years working up the corporate ladder in the world of clothing retail, to commit his energies and life by being service to others. After 7 years of personal yoga experience he has taken the yogic path a step further by completing a 200hr. Anusara, B.K.S. Iyengar and Kripalu influenced Yoga Teacher Training at The Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in 2009. Since his graduation Walter has been teaching a regular class at The Southwest Institute of Healing Arts within the school’s studio, as well as working alongside Christy Burnette showing his love and passion for yoga by assisting her with the Yoga Teacher Training program. With close to 700hrs of teaching under his belt, Walter continues to look for more opportunities to make a positive impact within the world. One such way, Walter has organized and implemented Outreach program for the Boys & Girls Club of Scottsdale, AZ. Adding yoga to his life solidified the commitment of a healer in addition to the nine years experience as a practicing Reiki Practitioner. Walter’s continuing goals are to teach and heal by being proactive, positive and passionate to make a healthy impact within the world.
