Each morning when we wake to a new day, we have a choice. A choice to live present; to live for this moment or to dwell. To dwell, can lead to regret, to feel shame or lack of acceptance of ourselves. But when we desire to live in the present, this moment, the now - we free the self from this suffering.

With mindfulness we open ourselves to see the things we do can be defined or placed into two categories. Those which cause suffering or those that make us happy. What we must continually ask ourselves is..."does this thought, does this action or does this intention make me happy or cause me to suffer?" With dedicated awareness of the now, the present, this moment, we can discipline the true self to accept what is. For which the self discipline is no longer a process but a way of life.

To live with no regrets, to live with no suffering we can give ourselves permission to live from pure love.
